Food for Fundraising in Leuven

In Leuven, our volunteers cook Indonesian dishes and deliver it on weekends. Last week, our volunteer chef was Tata Santoso, a second year medical student at the KU Leuven University.

She helped prepare 20 packets of ‘nasi uduk’, that’s rice steamed in coconut milk and lemon grass.

Thanks so much for your time, energy and secret recipes, Tata! And to the following people, thanks for your support and we hope you’ve enjoyed our food:
Samantha Waterberg-John Yembi-Isabelle Claess-Ozbil Kavraal-David Tracey-Sophia Hernandez-Dominique Joos- Esmeralda Mariano-Dejan Davidovic-Lalo Rojo-Nguyen Thi Hong Yen
